Terms of use – Labels To Go

1. All prices, descriptions and delivery details are correct as of 1st January 2010. Software Systems Europe Ltd reserve the right to change any details without prior notice. We will make these details known to our customers at the time of order.

2. Software Systems Europe Ltd accept NO responsibility for colour or design interpretation based on product descriptions.

3. Software Systems Europe Ltd reserve the right to make product and service changes at no prior notice. The customers will be informed of such changes at time of order.

4. Payment: PayPal bank transfer to our account. All Goods are the property of Software Systems Europe Ltd until paid in full by the Buyer.

5. Collections and returns (UK mainland only) from customer address to Software Systems Europe Ltd are to be paid by the customer both ways. In case of delivery of incorrect or faulty goods, return is paid by Software Systems Europe Ltd.

6. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct delivery address to ensure problem-free delivery, including correct house/building number and postcode. Any special instructions (if any) should be clearly indicated.
Failure to provide us with this can cause problems and the Customer will be liable for any costs incurred when retrieving the correct information/lost product.

7. All breakages, shortages, returns or damages are being credited, rather than replaced, against next order. We do not as a rule issue credit notes. A note is made against your record and this will be applied against the next order.

8. We advise that all buyers inspect the goods so as to check possible breakages and/or defects immediately on receipt and make a written report to Software Systems Europe Ltd within three working days. No complaints accepted after this period. Software Systems Europe Ltd is not liable for the late or damaged deliveries that occurred due to Carrier’s fault.

9. Privacy. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

10. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

11. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

12. First time order discounts apply to new customers ONLY. There is no minimum order value required. Discounts cannot be used against postage and packaging charges. Only one coupon allowed per customer. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your order being declined.
